GOTRACK Concierge™
In today’s busy business environment, many people find that there are simply not enough hours in the day. More and more pressure is being put on both mobile and support staff to become more efficient and as a result, many things simply get overlooked or missed altogether. The GOTRACK Concierge™ service provides your workforce with their own personal assistant. Many Companies are now starting to realise that happy employees are also productive employees.

How is GOTRACK Concierge™ charged.
Access to the GOTRACK Concierge™ service is just $9.99 per month, per employee. No long term contracts, no minimum commitment. Each employee will be provided with an account user name and password.
Service Costs.
As with all things GOTRACK™, you'll only pay for what you use. Our hourly rate is just $65.00 an hour charged in 15 minute blocks. Companies can request that the employee settles their own account, settle the account on their behalf, or by prepaid discounted hours in advance.
How is the service accessed?
GOTRACK Concierge™ can be accessed in two ways:
By Phone
A dedicated 1300 number is provided for subscribers to call. Simply quote the account number and password and you have access to the service.
By Internet
A dedicated portal is available which is password protected. Once the user logs in, they will have access to the service. Mobile workers can also access this service from their GOTRACK Tablet™ (optional).
