GOTRACK My Fleet Global ™

GOTRACK My Fleet Global ™ is a GSM / Iridium hybrid unit providing FULL Coverage Australia wide. Our system uses the very latest in routing technology sending data via GPRS when in mobile coverage and Short Burst Data via the Iridium Satellite network for times where mobile coverage is unavailable.

With such a wide choice of GPS Tracking systems on the market, sometimes it’s hard to tell what is good and what is not so good. Before looking at all the features and benefits of any system, ensure that the equipment on offer has the A Tick approval. Without this approval ANY live tracking device should not be used in Australia. All of our products are A-Tick approved so you can rest assured it has met all the required criteria to be used in Australia. In Addition to A-Tick approval our products also carry the CE and FCC approvals.
Installation
GOTRACK has a national network of mobile installers providing a fast and reliable installation service. In order to minimise down time, we also offer an on-site installation service at no extra charge(Mobile Installation is based on installation in Metro areas. Additional charges may apply outside of a Metro area).
Covert Installations
Sometimes there is a need to install our systems covertly. Right from the start our discretion is assured, dealing only with named contacts within your organisation. Installation can be carried out off-site and scheduled with you to coincide with other vehicle activity such as servicing
Changing Vehicles
Our service continues on well after the initial installation. As time goes on and vehicles are replaced, we are on hand to remove the unit from the old vehicle and reinstall again into the new vehicle.
Training
Following installation, our National Training Coordinator will make contact to provide training on the system.

GOTRACK MRM™ - Mobile Resource Management

The Mobile Resource Management feature is a decision support platform that allows for the scheduling and planning of routes and resources in a most efficient way. It has an optimisation aspect which enables MRM to learn and evolve by itself automatically. MRM is simple to use and any user will be able to fully operate the feature immediately - with only a minimal amount of instruction needed.

Accident Reconstruction Kit (ARK)

This is an additional feature that logs vehicle events on a second-by-second basis. In the event of an accident, per second historic data can be utilised to reconstruct the vehicle’s behaviour prior to and including the moment of impact. Impact sensors are an accessory that help in accident reconstruction. This device is activated in event of any disaster and immediately sends an alert to the user
